Account and email safety
Keep the ticket link private, use the right email, and avoid exposing private order details.
A ticket link and QR code work like a key. If you post them publicly or forward them to the wrong person, someone else may reach the door with your access before you do.
For private order help, use the same email from checkout and open the secure link. Eve chat can explain the process, but it will not expose private ticket or payment facts unless the secure account or email path proves ownership.
