Find my tickets
A simple path from “I bought a ticket” to “I can open the QR safely.”
Imagine you finished checkout and now you are standing before the event. Eve first sends the ticket to the buyer email, so the safest place to start is that inbox: search for Eve, the event name, ticket, order, and also check spam.
If you have the secure ticket link, open it and use the QR from there. If you only remember the email, use Find tickets to send a fresh link to the same buyer address. Eve will not reveal QR codes from chat or from typing an email alone, because that would let someone else claim your ticket.
