Fee Schedule

Fee Schedule version 2026-10-08, effective 8 October 2026. This is the Fee Schedule referred to in the Terms of Service and the Organizer Addendum. The version in force when an order is placed applies to that order; earlier versions are available from support on request. Eve can run with no checkout platform fee, and any active fee is shown before payment or before a payout is requested.

Checkout fees

The default checkout platform fee is zero. Eve may enable fixed or percentage fees by country, currency, payment mode, organizer, or event. Any such fee is an Eve Fee, is shown to the customer before payment, and changes only as set out in Section 7.1 of the Terms of Service.

Payout and settlement fees

Standard payouts may be free. A faster or instant payout may carry a fee, which is shown before the organizer confirms the payout request. In Platform-Handled Payment Mode, payouts are made in the event currency; Eve does not convert them and charges no currency-conversion fee of its own. In Stripe Connect Mode, a Direct Charge settles on the connected account, a Destination Charge transfers there automatically, and for Separate Charges and Transfers Eve creates a separate transfer. Stripe determines settlement and transfer currencies from the supported accounts and currencies; conversion costs are allocated by model as set out in Sections 7.6 and 8 of the Terms of Service.

Currency

Every price and fee is charged in the event currency. When a fee is set in US dollars, it is converted into the event currency when the price is quoted, at the most recent reference rate from official central-bank sources, including the European Central Bank, as published by the Frankfurter rate service (api.frankfurter.dev), or, if that rate is unavailable, at the rate in a fallback table Eve maintains. The converted per-ticket fee is rounded up to the next whole unit, and the rounding difference is part of Eve’s fee (for example, at a reference rate of 3.65, a US$1 fee becomes ₪4 per ticket; the ₪0.35 difference is part of Eve’s fee). The converted amount is included in the total the customer sees before paying and is fixed for that order. If no rate is available for the event currency, the US-dollar fee is not applied. Eve does not offer dynamic currency conversion. If the customer’s card is in another currency, the card issuer converts the charge at its own rate and may add its own fee, which Eve does not receive.

What is not included

Payment-provider costs — processing, international-card, currency-conversion, dispute and refund-issuance fees — are not Eve Fees and are allocated by payment model. For Direct Charges they are deducted from the connected account and borne by the organizer. For Destination Charges they are passed through at cost: a provisional reserve of at most 7% of the payment plus twice Stripe’s minimum charge amount is collected within Eve’s application fee, and the excess is returned when Stripe’s record is available. If Stripe converts that return it uses the original payment’s rate; apart from the conversion rounding remainder described below, Eve keeps no part of the Organizer-borne amount. The remainder is no more than one minor unit of the settlement currency or, if greater, the converted value of the smallest amount Stripe accepts in the charge currency. For Separate Charges and Transfers, Stripe deducts provider costs from Eve’s platform balance and Eve deducts the verified original payment cost from the organizer’s Separate transfer. The transfer waits until that cost is verified. This allocation applies to new orders created after this update; existing orders retain their recorded allocation and purchase terms. In Platform-Handled Payment Mode they are deducted from the organizer’s balance before payout. Costs come from provider records, appear in reports, and are not added to the customer price. Section 7.6 of the Terms of Service sets out the full terms. Taxes, chargeback amounts and the organizer’s own bank charges are borne by the organizer.

Negotiated terms

Custom fee terms may depend on volume, event type, risk profile, currency, or payout speed. Existing orders and payout requests keep their original fee snapshots.

Fee changes

Changes to Eve’s fees are announced at least 30 days in advance (Section 7.1 of the Terms of Service) and apply forward only. Confirmed orders, refunds, and payout requests are not changed retroactively. Payment-provider costs follow the provider’s actual charges.

Refunds and cancellations

Payment-provider costs, including currency-conversion costs, are allocated by payment model under Section 7.6 of the Terms of Service and are not added to the price a customer pays. The organizer bears them in every payment model, subject to the collection limits and historical allocations in that section. When a Stripe payment is refunded, Stripe generally does not return the processing and currency-conversion fees it charged on the original payment.

Where that original Stripe cost is allocated to the organizer, the customer bears the attributable part that is not returned on a refund, deducted only where mandatory law and the terms disclosed for that purchase permit. No such deduction applies to a cost allocated to Eve. This cost is separate from any cancellation fee. Statutory limits and rights to a full refund take precedence, and no amount may be deducted merely because it is described as a processing cost. If the organizer cancels the whole event, or a full refund is otherwise mandatory, the customer receives everything paid — including booking, service, handling and platform fees — and the organizer bears every Stripe processing or currency-conversion cost.

Any deduction must be based on verified provider-fee records for the original payment, in the currency in which the customer was charged, and never on an assumed rate. The original cost is allocated proportionately across partial refunds and may not be collected more than once. Confirmed fee credits or payment reversals reduce the retained cost.

The refund amount and each permitted deduction are disclosed before confirmation. The terms applicable to an existing purchase and the amount of a confirmed refund are not changed retroactively. Eve’s own platform, service or payout fees are refunded or retained only as the terms disclosed for the purchase and applicable law provide.

Stripe may separately charge a fee for issuing a refund, depending on the payment method and pricing agreement. That fee follows the same model-specific allocation: the organizer bears it in every payment model, subject to the collection limits and historical allocations in Section 7.6. It is never deducted from the customer’s refund, and an unknown future fee is never charged to the customer retroactively.
